I have written before (I think) about Singapore positioning itself as a “garden city” with a stated aim of all residents living no more than 20 minutes from a park. As a result, there are neighbourhood parks in every region of Singapore, all very different to one another. Ang Mo Kio / Bishan are large residential estates, and this is the park that connects them.
